Why Doesn’t My Guzzler Qualify?

The cash for clunkers program is finally in full swing and people are not only getting brand new cars, but they are also helping the environment by turning in their gas guzzlers – however, I am getting horror stories in my e-mail everyday. To be quite frank, there are a few things that you need to do in order to ensure that you clunker and gas guzzler is going to qualify for the program and that you will be able to get the rebate.
First thing you need to do? Research! Make sure that you do all of your research before you even begin to go shopping, you want to make sure that your car or truck is going to be within the government standard and make sure that the car or truck that you are getting is going to be within the standard that you need to get the refund – honestly, this is something that so many people are skipping over and shouldn’t be!
After you have done your research – cut loose! Make sure that you get the full amount and totally make sure that you get the car that you want, after your research is done mind you!
